To Whom It May Concern:
It is indeed a great honor as a leader and pastor to share with you on behalf of Elder Carl Joseph. There's not enough words that I can say to describe the man. I had the pleasure of meeting Elder Joseph about 15 years ago during my singing years. He always had a remarkable personality. Young people would walk up to him to pat him on the shoulder or shake his hand after a singing performance, and he would return the admiration graciously, all handshakes and grins. He beams youthful charisma. Carl has always been a kind of "do unto others as you would have them to to you" person, and I have always admired him for that.
His attitude is always that of respect and honor for his fellowman. His performances as an Elder go above and beyond his duties as a minister. Carl is mentally, emotionally, and physically sound in making decisions concerning ministry, family and work. Carl is a determined, dedicated and faithful young man and I have all the confidence in the world in his ability as a leader to oversee God's people. I have the upmost respect for Carl. On Nov. 8, 2008, he was ordained as Junior Bishop under Holy Jerusalem COG. I can't think of anyone more deserving of this honor than Elder Carl Joseph.
Carl is a wonderful, faithful husband to his wife Michelle, and his kids. Well, it is so ironic how at times during his performance, the little kids would cling to his one leg with so much love and excitement. It is so amazing, with his profound showmanship, he completely lights up the place with smiles and joy.
I have never known Carl to run away from any challenges. With enthusiasm and dedication, he faced them all head on, not allowing anything to hold him back from succeeding, and fulfilling his goals. I end this letter by saying that Carl has the ability to impact peoples lives, and through his eyes "nothing is impossible." You couldn't have chosen a more excellent human being than Carl Joseph to consider for this honorary Hall of Fame.
Sincerely,
Bishop George Clark
